John Phillips | Designer
John is our designer. He designs the way web sites look, and how they treat the people who use them.
John has been working in software development since 1998.. Prior to working at Bright Factory, John worked at Quark and later at Creo. He works to keep the user foremost in the minds of the development team, and gets satisfaction from designing simple, easy to use programs.
Mark Hansen | Project Manager
As a project manager, Mark believes that communication is what makes projects work, “I’m the liaison, the guy that discovers the customer needs and translates that to the development team. Those people usually speak different languages, and it’s necessary to have a bridge between them. I’m that bridge.”
